Delete your MatchICK account
You can delete your account directly in the app, or contact us if you cannot sign in.
Delete in the app

Open MatchICK and sign in.

Go to Profile.

Scroll to the Account section.

Choose Delete account.

Tick the acknowledgement.

Type DELETE.

Confirm Delete my account.
If you cannot sign in
Email matchick.dating@gmail.com from the email address linked to your MatchICK account where possible.
Say that you want your MatchICK account deleted and include enough information for us to identify the account safely.
We may ask for extra confirmation before processing the request.
What gets deleted or anonymised

Account identity and sign-in access.

Profile details, photos, videos, selected icks, and discovery preferences.

Notification tokens.

Likes, swipes, matches, inbox entries, messages, and block records linked to the account.
What may be retained
Safety reports, moderation records, abuse-prevention records, and legally required records may be kept where needed to protect users, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Where records are retained, direct account identifiers are removed or replaced where possible.
