Profiles and matching
MatchICK uses profile details, prompts, distance preferences, selected icks, and compatibility signals to support matching and conversation.
Users are responsible for keeping their own profile information accurate and appropriate.
Safety and reporting
Users can block or report behaviour that feels unsafe, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate.
MatchICK may review reports and take action where needed, including limiting or removing access.
Availability
MatchICK may change, improve, pause, or limit parts of the service as the product develops.
We aim to keep the app available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
